All rugs are made-to-order to ensure quality and attention to detail. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (average 14 days)

• Tracking numbers are provided as soon as your order ships.

Custom Rugs
Custom designs may take slightly longer to produce. We’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order.

Delays
While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs, high demand, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will work with you to track and resolve any shipping concerns.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
